When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the app, we store your cycle data — including your last period start date, cycle length, period length, confirmed period dates, and any mood profile settings you choose to set.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in the EU (Ireland). We use row-level security to ensure only you and your approved connections can access your data. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
When you connect with another user, they can see your name, current cycle phase, and mood profile. You can remove a connection at any time from the Connections tab in Settings. Removing a connection immediately revokes their access to your data.
If you choose to send feedback, your message and your display name are sent via your device's email client. No additional data is attached or collected through this process.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, cycle data, connections, and authentication credentials immediately and cannot be undone.
in phase is not a medical device. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition, and must not be used as a method of contraception. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
